Located in Southwest Georgia, Moultrie is in the heart of Colquitt County, 24 miles west of Interstate 75 - about 200 miles south of Atlanta and 60 miles north of Tallahassee, FL. By looking at a map of the area, you can see that Moultrie is right in the middle of everything.

Annual rainfall is 52 inches. Snowfall is extremely rare, but does happen on occasion. The terrain is level to gently rolling and the land is fertile.
